About me

Vera Resera yoga
Yoga has been a part of my life for over 20 years, and my practice has helped me grow stronger and more flexible both on and off the mat.  I am dedicated to my yoga practice and continue to inspire my students to achieve their wellness and long-term health and fitness goals.
